Where the money is
How much has traded on each of today's games on Kalshi, and where it moved in the last half hour. A Kalshi contract pays $1, so contracts traded is dollars of payout traded. Volume doesn't say which side won the trade, so we use the price: a side whose price rose while a lot traded is where the money went.

This page shows how much money is changing hands on each of today's games on Kalshi, a legal US exchange where you buy a team at a price in cents (a 47¢ Yes pays $1 if that team wins). Busy games and sudden price jumps show where bettors are putting their money right now. It isn't a pick on its own: tap a game to see whether that team is still good value and which exchange has the best price.
- Kalshi
- A US-regulated exchange where you buy yes/no contracts on events, including sports, that pay $1 if they happen.
- Contract
- One share of an outcome. It pays $1 if it happens and $0 if it doesn't.
- Example: Buy "Chiefs win" at 62¢. If they win you get $1 (38¢ profit). If not, you lose your 62¢.
- Price = probability
- A contract's price in cents is roughly the market's chance it happens. 25¢ ≈ 25%.
- Volume (traded)
- How many contracts changed hands. A Kalshi contract pays $1 if it wins, so 50,000 contracts traded means $50K of payout traded.
- Example: $120K traded on a game, most of it in the last hour: lots of people are betting this one right now.
- Where the money went
- Every trade has a buyer and a seller, so volume alone doesn't say who people backed. If a team's price rose while a lot traded, more money was buying that team.
- Example: Nets +4¢ to 51¢ with $30K traded in 30 minutes: the money is on the Nets.
- Whale
- A trader placing a very large bet. We flag every single Kalshi trade of $2,500 or more on today's games.
- Example: $40K traded on the Nets at 52¢ = a whale backing the Nets.
